November 23rd Change Please note our practice for Wednesday the 23rd has changed.  We now practice from 5:30 - 7:00 pm at Gretzky Centre, Rink #1.   We were originally scheduled to practice 8:00 - 9:00 pm at Civic Centre.

Team picture day has been booked for Monday December 5th.  This will take place at Civic Centre prior to practice.  Remember to bring your game jerseys for photos and forms will be handed out prior.

Team ran their first practice as a group with a lot of positives.  Tempo was good and the team did a good job adjusting to drills.  New faces and voices around the team and I expect the players to need a little time to adjust.  As I mentioned on the ice to the players and in the room at the player meeting, they will become more familiar with my style, how I like to run practices, etc. and everyone will adjust and things will become more clear.

Our first team practice will be held on Tuesday from 5:30 - 7:00 pm at The Civic Centre.  After this practice, I would like to have a Player Meeting.  We will have this in the dressing room after practice and try to have it completed in half hour.  We also practice Thursday from 5:30 - 7:00 at The Gretzky Centre and we are planning on having the Parent Meeting after this to discuss the season ahead.  I will look to book a room at the Gretzky Centre for this.  I will ask everyone to forward me their contact information to [email protected] so I can start up the team email chain prior to ...

I would like to take this opportunity to once again thank all the players for their hard work and effort over the past 2 weeks.  As I mentioned to the players after our tryout today, everyone of them should be proud of themselves and be grateful for the opportunity to play this wonderful game!  They all worked hard and gave their best effort.
