Our team is participating in the Hockey Fights Cancer Program during our games Saturday, December 14th and Saturday, March 7th.
Founded in 1998 by the National Hockey League and National Hockey League Players’ Association, Hockey Fights Cancer unites the hockey community in support of people with cancer and their families.
Funds raised through Hockey Fights Cancer will support Canadian Cancer Society lodges, support systems and transportation services so no one has to face cancer alone. There will be a representative from the Canadian Cancer Society present those game days.
If parents are willing to take a few pictures and post them to #HockeyFightsCancer that would be great. This is an important and great team building event. This is a great game to bring friends, family, neighbours, and coworkers too. Let's get a good crowd to support our 99ers team and this great cause.

Thank you to all of the players who came out for Minor Atom A/AA tryouts, everyone worked so hard over the past two weeks, I am so impressed. The final roster has been posted and there were some very difficult decisions that had to be made. I sincerely wish those released the very best of luck in their future tryouts for other teams. Once again, the level of talent and hard work made these decisions extremely challenging. Best of luck to all!!
