With less than a minute to play the Knights pulled their goalie for an extra attacker. They pored on the pressure and were able to get a shot off with Christian Laracy making a timely save and directing the puck to the corner. A Knights player got the puck and passed it back to the point but there was no one there and the puck travelled the length of the ice into the open net! Christian knew right away what had just happened. He was pumped as were all of us. Since he was the last 99er to touch the puck Christian was awarded the goal. What a thrill to see and be a part of! And to top it off, we beat the top team in the league too!!
