Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to [email protected]
- Team cancellation prior to Oct 15 - full refund less $50 administration fee
- Team cancellations after Oct 15 - 50% refund
- Team cancellations after Nov 15 - No refund
- Division cancellations due to not enough teams will be refunded 100% within 30 days of notice of cancellation
- Tournament cancellation due to public health restrictions (COVID19) or other unforeseen events will be refunded 100% within 30 days of notice of cancellation

Travel Permits & Rosters
Please submit a copy of your Travel Permit and Roster to [email protected]
Bring the original copies to the Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre on your first day for verification. You will also receive gifts for your players when you sign in.
Hotel Information
The success of our tournaments relies heavily on the combination of great volunteer and partnership established with our sponsor. HTG Sports is the exclusive travel partner for our annual tournaments. One of the criteria for acceptance into our tournament is that any team requiring hotel accommodations must be secured through HTG Sports. Any team not complying with this directive may be denied entry into the tournament. HTG Sports has secured blocks at the participating host hotels so be sure to contact them early to book your team.
