Four months until the tournament!
Hopefully you have received the Acceptance email (system generated from htgsports.com, check your junk mail).
As of September 1st we will be proceeding with full payment instead of the deposit.
If you paid by credit card the $130 deposit will have been processed.
We will start processing the remaining balance of $1170 the week of September 27th.
If you need to make other arrangements, please let us know otherwise we will proceed with charging the card provided during registration.
If you indicated payment by cheque and haven't done so already, if you could proceed with the $130 deposit by September 7th. We need to confirm your commitment to help in our planning.
