I am certain that this drill hub is a well known resource for many Coaches of all levels. If there are any Coaches in the group that are not aware or familiar with this site then now is the time to have a look and research what can be useful to your particular group.
This has been a very useful tool to many Coaches in the effort to find new ideas and learn new ways to apply both the technical and tactical aspects of the game to your practice situations. This web site will provide you with a rink diagram, written description and video demonstration of all drills you wish to learn. Notice everything on this site speaks to purpose of the drill or exercise and key execution / teaching points.
One interesting thing about the Coaching world of our time is that there are no longer any secrets. All the information you could ever need is out there. The key is how that information is applied and executed/delivered to your players.
