99er's WIN ALLIANCE CHAMPIONSHIP
The young men of the Brantford 99er's have come along way this season. They posted a very impressive record of 51 wins, 19 losses and 5 ties. They beat some great teams along the way. But nothing was more satisfying for them then to beat there rivals the Kitchener Rangers in the finals. With the 99er's leading the best of 7 series 3 games to 2, it was fitting to play at home in front of a very large loud crowd, to make things more interesting, the boys played to a 1 to 1 tie. But with around a minute left to play in overtime, the 99er's found a hole and buried the puck deep in the twine of the net. The excitement on the ice and in the stands will never be forgotten. Be proud boys, You earned it. AAA CHAMPIONS!!!!!!
