This notice is intended to inform and educate those new to the process what is involved and why we do it, for those of you who are the seasoned vet parents and players you are all aware and most if not all already support the program. Every year, a few weeks into the season, we evaluate the competitive balance within each age group and then with the input from the Coaches, Conveners, and Director, trade a small number of players in an attempt to provide balance and the opportunity for every team to be competitive every game.
