Five 99ers Chosen in 2020 OHL Priority Selection Draft

On Saturday, April 4, the hard work of five Brantford 99ers was recognized as each were selected in the 2020 OHL Priority Selection Draft.

Gavin Bryant - Owen Sound Attack - 2nd round, 37th overall
Beau Jelsma - Barrie Colts - 3rd round, 55th overall
Brandon Balazs - Saginaw Spirit - 10th round, 198th overall
Ryan VanNetten - Flint Firebirds - 11th round, 216th overall
Luke Bibby - Owen Sound Attack - 13th round, 250th overall



Congratulations to Gavin, Beau, Brandon, Ryan, and Luke. Congratulations and sincere thanks also goes out to our Minor Midget AAA 99ers staff - Scott Rex, Steve Aichmayr, Todd Coleman, Andrew Fritsch, and Luke VanMoerkerke. Your leadership, mentoring, and guidance throughout the season have been key factors in helping these young men take a step closer to their dreams.
