How to call a Time-out
We are allowing one Time-out per period! We are encouraging you to use this as an in game teaching moment.
A reminder on how to call a time-out: During a stoppage of play, your captain on the ice must ask for the the time-out with either referee (if 2 official system) or the head referee (if 3 official system).
If the other team wants a time-out during the same stoppage they must request this during the ongoing 30 second time-out at which time the new time-out starts.
