Gut Check Time and the boy's pulled it out Winning Gold!!!
Faced with some adversity in the tournament sitting in 5th a must win for our 4th game to carry on and what a game it was winning 4 - 1 over the Seaway Valley Rapids. That put us into 4th and playing in Sunday's semis against the #1 seed Belleville Bulls who we took our only loos to earlier 3-2. Different story this time as the boys dug in and beat Bellville 4-2 sending them to the Finals against the Vaught Panthers.
Final Gold medal game we won 4-1 taking the Gold and the Trophy home to Brantford.
So totally proud of the team effort as this is a special group of kids and what a pleasure to be a small part in their success this year!
