4th Annual BMHA Hockey Fights Cancer Wrap Up
Based on the tremendous participation from our Brantford Minor Hockey Association (BMHA) players, volunteers, donors and community, we are extremely proud of the success generated from our fourth annual BMHA Hockey Fights Cancer (HFC) Day. This year’s 22-team event shattered our goal and raised over $65,000. All proceeds will be donated directly to both the Canadian Cancer Society Wheels of Hope Program and Stedman Community Hospice

It’s important to note that the cumulative amount of money we have raised has now surpassed $147,000 after 4 years. That is something our hockey community should be proud of!

The 2024 HFC Day will be remembered as an important milestone in BMHA’s endeavor to help honor and support friends and families in our community who have been impacted by cancer.  With your continued support, we certainly hope to translate this year’s success to future HFC days which will further help the cancer fighters of our community and further enlighten our younger generation of the world outside of hockey.

We are also thrilled to share with you a listing of the winners from our Sports Tickets and Prizes Raffle as well as the 50/50 Draw.

Winners are asked to email [email protected] to claim their prizes. All winners of the silent auction items will be contacted individually.

Again, we would like to thank our BMHA community for all your support and especially to our donors for their overwhelming generosity, which played a significant role in the success of this event.

Sincerely,

HFC Committee
