Do you know of a young person between the ages of 6 & 10 that
has never played our great game of hockey and might be interested in trying the
sport? We have the program for them!
Introducing Toronto Maple Leafs First Shift. Brought to you by the NHL, NHLPA, Bauer Hockey, and hosted by Brantford Minor Hockey.
Designed to help your child fall in love with hockey before you
buy all the gear, our six-week learn to play program focuses on having fun
while learning basic skills. Equipment is included with registration, which is
only $199.

Who is Eligible?
The First Shift Program is open to boys and girls ages 6-10, who have not previously registered for hockey (such as Mini Macs, Timbits, Tyke, Novice, or Atom).
Program Capacity
Fall Program - 45 players
Winter Program - 45 players
Participant registration fee of $199 includes:
- BAUER Equipment (Head-to-Toe)
- Welcome Event
- Equipment fitting demonstration
- Expert fit session and equipment distribution
On-Ice Experience including:
- 6 Weeks, 1 session/week, 1 hour on a consistent day and time
- Focus on Fun and Learn to Play
- Insurance for participants
