BMHA 99ers Second Shift Returns – Registration NOW OPEN
Submitted By Rob Symons on Fri 08 26, 22
Brantford Minor Hockey is pleased to announce the return of our 99ers Second Shift program for the 2022-23 minor hockey season.

What is 99ers Second Shift?

99ers Second Shift is aimed at (but not limited to) graduates of our First Shift program, who have not registered for House League. It is also open to children ages 6 and up who would like to try hockey (no experience necessary), with sessions once per week. This can be an option for families with busy minor sports schedules in the winter. Coaches will offer on-ice skill development sessions, to develop our participants’ hockey skills, increase confidence, and nurture their love for hockey. Full hockey equipment is required.

99ers Second Shift registration includes:

• Jersey
• 20 on-ice sessions (50 minutes in duration) running Saturdays beginning October 8
• High coach to player ratio
• Skill development expanding from First Shift teachings, with a strong focus on fun and positive reinforcement
• All sessions run at the Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre
• Hockey Canada Insurance and Parent Respect in Sport certification included

Cost: $250 / participant

Please express your interest in 99ers Second Shift by completing our pre-registration form for each participant at

BMHA will help guide participant families through formal Hockey Canada registration and payment mid-September.
